What we deliver

All our services are digital. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no courier tracking. Work is delivered by email and, where the service is a web page, published online at kingsleyandhart.com.

Timeline

• Straight after payment: order confirmation and invoice by email.
• Within 2 working days: work begins, and we email you when it does.
• About 10 to 14 days: the page is ready and shown to you before publishing.
• On publishing: the live link is emailed to you.

Where your material is needed (forms, photographs), the timeline runs from the day we receive it.

Proof of delivery

Every order has a complete record: the payment, every email sent to you with its delivery time, the forms you fill in, and the published links. This record is kept for every order.

If something has not arrived

Check your spam folder for emails from submissions@kingsleyandhart.com, then write to hello@infinityintelligence.io with your order number. We reply within 48 hours.
