Who we are
Kingsley & Hart (kingsleyandhart.com) is a brand of Infinity Intelligence, a sole proprietorship owned by Bhanu Pratap Srivastav, 2A/127, Awas Vikas Colony, Harpur, Ballia, Uttar Pradesh 277001, India. Infinity Intelligence (infinityintelligence.io) builds websites, web applications and digital content. All payments on this site are received by Infinity Intelligence through Razorpay, and that is the name shown on the payment page, on your bank or UPI statement, and on your invoice.
What we offer
Digital publishing and web content services for authors: review article pages, author interview pages, author wiki pages, and related promotion services, each described with its price on the page where you choose it. All services are digital. Nothing physical is shipped.
Ordering and payment
Prices are fixed, shown in Indian rupees before you pay, and charged once at checkout through Razorpay. The amount is set by our system and cannot change after you see it. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. After payment you receive an order confirmation and an invoice by email.
What we need from you
Accurate details about you and your book, and the material asked for in the forms we send you. Where your order includes buying a copy of your book, we buy it from your own listing. Work that depends on your material begins when we receive it.
How work is delivered
Work begins within two working days of payment. Each page is shown to you before it is published, and the live link is sent to you by email. Every step is recorded with the date and time, and copies of every email we send you are kept.
Editorial independence
What we write about a book is our honest opinion. Payment buys careful work and a published page, not a particular verdict.
Your content
You keep all rights to your book and to what you send us. You allow us to quote from your book and to publish what you send for the service you ordered.

Disputes
If something is wrong, write to us first at hello@infinityintelligence.io. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Ballia, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
