How long does a project actually take?
A five page author website is usually live in 7 to 10 working days. A site with a wiki and reader chatbot takes 3 to 4 weeks. Custom platforms run 6 to 8 weeks or longer depending on scope. The exact date goes into your written proposal before you pay anything, and if a date is at risk we tell you as soon as we know rather than on the deadline.
What exactly is an author wiki?
It is a searchable reference site for your books, living on your own domain. Characters, places, timelines, glossaries and series facts get their own pages, linked together the way readers expect. It helps fans explore your world and helps you keep a long series consistent.
Do you write or buy reviews for my books?
No, never. We build review pages and an advance reader workflow so genuine readers can find you and leave honest reviews, and we display real reviews with links to the original source. Fabricated or purchased reviews break retailer rules and damage trust.
How do payments work?
Projects start with a 40 percent booking amount. The rest is split across agreed delivery milestones, with the final instalment due before we deploy to your live domain. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and bank transfer for larger engagements. A dated invoice with a unique number is issued for every payment received.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel before work begins and we refund the full amount. Once work has begun the order cannot be cancelled for a refund, but anything we could not deliver is refunded in full, as is any duplicate or failed payment. We approve refunds within 2 working days, and Razorpay returns the money to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days. The full details are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Who owns the code, the design and my content?
You do, once the final invoice is paid. We hand over the complete source code, design files and every credential. Your manuscripts and notes stay yours and are never used to train models. We keep no lock in and charge nothing to release your own project.
Do you work with authors outside India?
Yes. Most of the work happens over email, shared documents and scheduled calls, so location is rarely a problem. International clients are invoiced in INR unless another currency is agreed in writing before the project starts.
What do you need from us to start?
Your author bio, book details and cover images if you have them, access to your domain, and one person who can approve decisions. If your content is not ready we can work from a structure and swap in the real text later, though that usually adds a few days.
